Annual HOA dues have been set at $685 for 2022 and are payable by March 1st.
Effective January 1, 2022, the HOA capital reserve fee for each new homeowner (buyer) is $600 and is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please pay upon transfer of ownership and make checks payable to: Oakridge Village 2 HOA
Effective January 1, 2022, the HOA charges a one-time $200 nonrefundable transfer fee. Please make checks payable to: Oakridge Village 2 HOA
For any status requests, please email the HOA Treasurer. These will be completed as soon as possible.
